Norm MacDonald
In case you haven't heard, Norm's been gathering some votes for most underrated comedian of the last 20 years. Here's an ooold stand up clip, and it's part hilarious, part unintentionally funny and part unfunny. Thing is, I think the unintentionally funny stuff might be funny on purpose.
