My contribution is the word 'rehabilitatability'. Actually I think I spelled it incorrectly, which is weird as I invented the word. Of course it refers to the extent to which an individual (typically, a repeat offender) is capable of being rehabilitated.
If anything, this word is even harder to pronounce than it is to spell. Which, on reflection, probably is the reason it does not exist. Oh well ...
